We stayed in Hedersleben to visit the famous Quedlinburg Christmas market, only a short drive away. We had a double bedroom in the coach house ("Remise"). The room was rather cramped but the bathroom fairly spacious. Buffet-type breakfast with many choices was served in the cloister. We were particularly impressed by the abbey and by the exceptional friendlyness of the staff. They went out of their way to provide us with dinner and even sent us something home that we had forgotten in the room.

It is a very nice an quiet place to stay. The breakfast was really good, complete and with a few surprises.
Very friendly woman, who even wanted to help us when she heard about our humanitarian reason for the visit in the hotel.

Location of the hotel is exceptional. Free parking was available close to the hotel (hotel sent us a detailed explanation where to park). Room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast rooms are big and plenty of nice tables to chose from. Staff was very friendly.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel! Lively yet calm. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and gave a good start for the day.
We had a beautiful room with a view to the castle.
The whole experience was elegant yet down-to-earth. Loved it!
And we could check in, check out and pay everything online in advance, which was very convenient and quick!

The staff were so helpful they made the stay extra special. They looked after our daughter really well and helped me with a special request even after check out. They could not have done more to make it a great stay. The room was very large, clean and comfortable and the WiFi really good. So I could combine working with a family visit with no stress.
We also had a great family celebration in the restaurant which was great. Food was good and service very fast and attentive even with a large group.
