- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.9Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 165 reviewsLocation was very good. Ile d'Orlean was a pleasant place to stay, more relaxed and cooler. Enjoyed the patio chairs and table just outside our unit for breakfast in the mornings. Loved the nearby places to buy fruits and vegetables. Easy to get to Quebec city as well, not too far. Room was comfortable, beds were comfortable, and the fridge, coffee maker and pods supplied, the water bottles supplied and air conditioner were all appreciated. Self check in was easy.Guest review byMayCanada

Beautiful city with lots of history and great food- be ready to walk some hills! Chez Yen - best banh mi ever!!! And I’ve been to Vietnam for two weeks - Make sure to go to Ile-d Orleans- great views- stop at la Midinette for lunch!Guest review bySpaid - 8.0
Beautiful place.
Beautiful place. We can see the cathedral in front and the st Laurence river in back. Would have preferred a room facing the river instead of one facing the parking lot. The room was quiet. We stayed only one night as our Congress was the next morning. If it hadn’t been for the Congress would have slept in later! The bed was very confortableGuest review byMartineCanada - 10.0

I loved the greenery and the tranquility of the neighborhood. Access to the neighborhood is very easy. Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Canyon Sainte-Anne, l'Île-d'Orléans are near. We advise you to go to the restaurant La Grange Brasserie italienne where the service and food are amazing!!!! If you want to eat a great ice cream with Monna & filles. The only thing that's a bit difficult is walking; there aren't any wide sidewalks. You have to be very careful with passing cars.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Beaupré is a wonderful place to stay with contact to nature and just 40min of Old Qubec. I just stay 4 days there during summer, I should stay at least 2 days longer, to get more chance to get some trails and maybe a bike.Guest review byMarcosCanada - 8.0

regarding location, good out-of-town base from which to either visit Quebec City (easy in and out with great parking underground near town hall-Hotel de Ville) or do day-trips to winter sports, Mt. Morrency Falls, Ile de Orleans, native light show, etc.Guest review byjamesUnited States - 6.0

The location was excellent for the purpose of our trip but the lack of food service on site was disappointing and required a 15 minute drive to the nearest restaurant. Unfortunately the place is in need of repair and renovation. At present I would say it is only 'basic'.Guest review byFrancesCanada - 10.0
The place and view were AMAZING!
The place and view were AMAZING! I loved the location- VERY CLOSE to the lake. The resort itself was situated on the lake, and have numerous activities that were included with your stay. My favorite; kayaking on the lake-super breath-taking. Especially with each hotel room overlooking the Laurentian Mountains! I would say however; that we had to change our rooms once during the stay- the light would not turn off, and the chargers did not work, the other hotel room worked fine- the staff were super accommodating! Overall, the resort had so much to do- perfect for a 2-3 night holiday!Guest review byOrodiFamily3Canada - 10.0

We stayed in Quebec City for two nights and really enjoyed our time. The highlight was simply walking around the city during the day, especially in the beautiful historic part – full of charm and character. We also loved starting our mornings at the local boulangeries, which gave us a real taste of the city’s French atmosphere. The only downside was the limited choice of food at the supermarket, which wasn’t quite what we expected. Still, overall, it was a memorable stay and a wonderful experience to explore the city’s history and culture.Guest review bySergeyUnited States - 6.0
The reason justifying a trip to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is...
The reason justifying a trip to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is first and foremost a visit to the shrine and basilica. I went there to do a weekend retreat and and the sanctuary does have chapels where one can retire to contemplate and meditate. But if you are looking for entertainment and activities, beware! The village feels a little rough round the edges and many properties look unkempt. That being said there’s a magnificent jetty that’s just been built where one can walk and get to admire the St. Lawrence river in all of its majesty. Not to be missed. To sum it up: Thumbs up but combined with a visit to Quebec City.Guest review byMichel SaulnierCanada
