- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 889 reviewsWe came to the hotel to experience all that it had to offer, as we had booked our wedding here in the coming months. Now that we’ve seen it first hand, we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate our love here. For those interested in wedding-specific stuff, go to the bottom of the review 👇🏼 The room: Very spacious, huge bed, great for couples. The room also includes a sofa with a desk and a few chairs to do some work if needed. The bathroom is also pretty big and well equipped. Although it doesn’t have a bidet, there is a small convenient shower head next to the toilet. All that separates the bathtub from the actual room is a semitransparent glass. Although not great for privacy, pretty cool for couples. The food: The buffets have an abundance of food, for all tastes and preferences. It’s hard to complain here, and although not the best meals I’ve had in my whole life, there’s always something great to have. And there’s just so much food. You can get even more food near the pool and the beach. When we were there, the hotel was almost at full capacity, and still it was easy to find a table every time. Restaurants: There are 3 restaurants to go to besides the main buffet. They require reservations, and you can book a limited number depending on the length of the stay. When the hotel is near full capacity, they open a a fourth, which was the case when we were there. Bahia e Brasa (Rodizio, beef): the best. Waiters come and offer you different cuts of meat. An amazing experience all in all. Mediterranean: incredible food. Plates are pretty abundant. Japanese: food’s very good. They prepare the plates live which makes for a good show. Poseidon: although the worst of the four, this one is close to the beach so it has some charm. Food is still very good, don’t get me wrong. The beach: With out a doubt, the best part of the hotel. The water is warm but not hot, just the right temperature to refresh you from the scorching weather.Guest review byFacundoArgentina
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 1,110 reviewsThe hotel has a good Infrastructure and lay-out, especially the pool and the park. The seawater is comfortable warm, with intense waves and due to it kitesurfing is promoted. In the evenings we enjoyed entertainment with life music. Regarding Food, very good barbecue at the pool´s restaurant, and dinner at restaurants “Inevitavel” and “Cervejaria Portuguesa”. Always kind and helpful staff, altough some have to be better trained.Guest review bynicolasArgentina

It was very comfortable and the kitchen was quite adequate. The view from the balcony was nice. 2 minute walk to the ocean. 3 minute walk to a supermarket and 24 hour laundromat. If you are going for shopping or to walk on the beach than you are in the right place. It has 2 big shopping moles and it has a nice place called Boa Viagem where I recommend you to go for some physical activity and even for a walk during the day. People are extremely friendly, but of course there is a lot of people bagging on the streets, the rich are too rich and the poor are extremely poor. I recommend you to go to the Capitão Gancho Pizzaria and Entre amigos o bode, both very nice places. The first one extremely local and the other one depends on which part of the restaurant you choose. Always take an uber specially if you don't speak the language. There are beaches "near by" 1h where you can swim with uber costing €21 or dollars one-way. Like for instance Porto de Galinhas Beach and city.Guest review byJorgeBelgium - 10.0

This is my second time in Fortaleza, I really enjoy the city, the people are friendly and I feel safe travelling alone. I got around the city using Uber which was very reliable. I really enjoyed walking along the beach front and shopping at the street market. I went on tours to four major beaches which were fantastic.Guest review byHelen SmithBrazil - 4.0

the city of Natal spent a lot of money to dig and extend the beach. there is no more sand , it is feet hurting shells and stones. I can see the effect , not that many people at this time of year. and the agents pushing their umbrellas and space are aggressive and bothersome. SAD SAD sight of a once beautiful place.....You have to wear flip flops but the hard sand makes it worse to walk...SAD SAD SADGuest review byKen WortleyUnited States - 8.0

We enjoyed our trip to João Pessoa, and the reason for being there was to run the João Pessoa Marathon. It was supposed to start at 4:30 AM, but they decided to start at 4:00 AM without any warning about the change. That was a kick on the shin because they had a set of rules, but they themselves don't observe them. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and disheartened. Yes, I did finish it! The two restaurants we liked the most were "Sapore D'Italia" and "Canoa Restaurant." The only two fun activities we had were walking on the beach and running the Marathon. It was enough for us. Yes, getting around João Pessoa is very easy.Guest review byEdson L SanchesUnited States - 10.0

Porto de Galinhas is a charming place, especially at night when the village really comes to life. The streets are full of little shops, local crafts, and great restaurants. One of our favorites was Restaurante Domingos – super cozy and perfect for a special dinner, with amazing seafood. If you're looking for something more affordable but still delicious, Trattoria is a great pick for pasta and Italian dishes. During the day, besides relaxing on the beach and visiting the natural pools, we also tried diving – it was such a cool experience, and you don’t even need to be a diver. Honestly, Porto has the perfect mix of laid-back vibes, good food, and fun things to do.Guest review byAna CarolinaBrazil - 4.0
I would not have stayed in Sao Luis if I had had the choice.
I would not have stayed in Sao Luis if I had had the choice. We stayed one nights in the historic center on arrival. Absolutely beautiful place but very uncomfortable hotels and few places for tourists. A 1h walking visit is probably enough. We stayed another night on the way back from a trek into Lencois national park on the beachfront. More confortable but nothing really interesting for foreign tourists. There is potential to develop this city into something attractive for tourists but it’s not yet enough to justify a stay.Guest review byGregSpain - 10.0
Tarrafas ( moqueca de siri) and Pitú (moqueca de pitú)...
Tarrafas ( moqueca de siri) and Pitú (moqueca de pitú) Restaurants, a little pricey, but well served. Already knew Praia de Aruana so we went to tours to Praia do Saco and Croa do Goré/Ilha dos namorados, nice and quiet waters, buggy (not to the faint of heart/spine) and boat trips. Aracaju can be traversed by bus, if you know where to go exactly, using Moovit and the bus terminals, but it's such a tiny city that Uber is somewhat cheap. Sorveteria Castelo Branco is the best, better getting an ice cream cup than a cornet, the three scoop option seems bigger (a bit cheaper than the cornet and more ice cream), with local fruits flavors, like mangaba, sapoti, cupuaçu, jabuticaba... Next time I'd like to get a tour to Xingó and Foz do São Francisco, we didn't go there because our travel was short, and go shopping again at Projeto Tamar.Guest review byLeonardoBrazil - 10.0
Excellent!
Excellent! Beautiful beaches, different food types, excellent environment. Not totally prepared for people who have difficulties for walking, the city has lot of streets to “climb” when walking. Almost all the street have “paralelepipedos”Guest review byElizabethBrazil
