Everyone I asked for help if they were a local were very helpful and kind..Loved the Kings Park tours, including behind the scenes . I wished I had more time at New Norcia. It was great to see The Pinnacles but surprised driving is allowed through them.I ate at a variety of places enjoying different cuisines.Guest review byDavids - 10.0

Wonderful place to stay, relax, try wonderful restaurants and local venues. We stay in Freo to indulge at wonderful restaurants and we are never disappointed. For local places to go to, try something different, try Darling Darling, a cute little bar on Henry St, or the roof top bar (try the delicious tapas lunch options) at the National Hotel on High St. Awesome.Guest review byrobert - 10.0

Very quiet when we visited (end of September) went to Denmark first which was absolutely amazing! Went on a highly recommended whaling cruise boat trip in the morning - saw whales - and visited the whaling factory museum in the afternoon. So many beautiful beaches in the area. Definitely worth the drive and will come again in the future during the summer.Guest review byNicola - 10.0

After-hours check in to Broome Vacation Village was awkward with the need the program the outdoor safe 3-row tumblers with a number that was sent to you by email but only partly sent by sms. Dialing in the numbers from the sms did not work, you had to use the numbers given in the email but we did not know this subtly. All other aspects of Broome Vacation Village were fantastic but the Chalet cabins are clustered together and there is a bit of a walk (3-minutes) from the parking bays at the front of the cluster. There are many activities in Broome to keep you occupied: - 3-hour fishing trip with Absolute Ocean Charters was fabulous and rewarding. - Late arvo sunset cruise was fabulous. - The swimming and facilities below Cable Beach Surf Clubhouse are excellent anywhere between 1/3rd and full tide but not recommended at low tide. - Ditto Gantheaume Point beach where you have the added ability to drive on the beach to find a less densely populated spot to swim. - Visit to lighthouse and walk around the historic house grounds was well worth the effort. PS: We did the Cable Beach camel ride 2-years ago but didn't worry about it this year however highly recommended if you haven;t done it before.Guest review byGraemeAustralia - 10.0

Busselton for us was excellent base for travel day trips.
Busselton for us was excellent base for travel day trips. There are various tourist places to visit, so plan your trip. Plenty of places to dine or buy your own food. We chose restaurants where we stayed as well as the Busselton Foreshore. Weather wise September pack for seasonal changes. Brisk cool mornings, sunny days and evening cooler temps. Everywhere we visited locals, tourists all friendly and chatty.Guest review byJanetteAustralia - 10.0

Be prepared to do more driving after your long drive up from Perth, it is worth it. The views are stunning and walk past natures window provides stunning views. The beach is great for dipping your feet and swimming. Great fishing spots all around for fishos of all levels of experience. IGA covers food needs and multiple restaurants. Many trails leading to great bluffs like red bluff. It's a long drive, but worth it for unique and stunning scenery that will stay with you forever.Guest review byChang ShinAustralia - 10.0

The options of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops were fantastic. Easy to walk to all. Visitor centre lady was friendly and helpful. We booked a cruise for an hour and fifteen mins, which was lovely. We ate at The Pen for dinner, Sebel for breakfast, a lunch at Archie’s at Dolphin quay, yummy Thai on Ormsby trc and had the best Thai massage at Baahn massage.Guest review byLinda PieriAustralia
