Helpful with questions, answers quickly - the best service in Malaysia that we have experienced so far. No ignoring, as I have experienced at other accommodations. +Beautiful view from the apartment - it has a balcony. +Hot water, functional air conditioning, quality beds, fast wifi, stove and cooking utensils. Everything works as it should. +The price also includes access to the rooftop pool on the 36th floor - a beautiful view of the sunset, a gym, a yoga studio, an observation deck and a children's playground with a place to sit, which is on the lower floor (I think the 18th floor), for children there is shade all day. +Oh, and I almost forgot about the nice surprise in the form of toys for children in the apartments. +I can't rate anything other than a full 10 points, we are really satisfied.

In addition to a year-round outdoor pool, the apartment also provides kids pool. The room was really spacious for 2, and the Massage Chair was simply superb. Worth the money.

For guests with children, the apartment offers kids pool, an indoor play area and outdoor play equipment. A car rental service is available at Netflix-Seaview-SunsetView-PuteriBeach-Mutiara Beach Resort Melaka. Great to be able to see the sea. Can walk just across the road to the beach which was clean. Expect to see the ships and loading places over to the right out in the sea due to the location. There are local places to eat available right across the road on the beach, and/or within walking distance. If people want more expensive restaurants, then they may have a longer walk or need to drive. The studio apartment was clean with a fridge and all that is needed in the kitchenette if one is doing some light cooking. The owner provided a great water filter that provides both cool and hot water! Netflix was freely available to watch movies or listen to music on a big TV. It has a love seat (size for 2) and small round rubberwood table with chairs in the dining area by the door opening out on to the balcony. There was a washing machine if one is staying longer and a line on the balcony. It was good having the 'rake' to push water down the drain after showering and mop in a corner of the bathroom. The owner obviously is a football fan ☺ There is a lift/elevator across from the room (though we didn't discover that the first evening).
