Set 100 metres from Sky Venue, Midlands Park Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Portlaoise and features a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. It was very modern, although maintaining old fashion personal accommodations. Well located and reasonably priced.

Faithlegg House Hotel is located on the River Suir Estuary, 5 miles from Waterford Airport. Attended a recent wedding in the hotel. The venue, staff and food was exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful, a lovely menu of hot breakfast choices to choose from, along with fresh juice. Food was a little slow, although it gave time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy the selection of yogurt, bread and pastries.

Whitford House Hotel is a family-run property located 3 miles from Wexford town and 17 minutes’ drive from Rosslare Europort. The food in the restaurant was the best food I got on this trip home from Australia. The staff there too were great. John, our waiter was fun and very kind. It was beautiful decorated for Christmas too and atmosphere was lovely. Very close to wexford town.
