The rooms are gorgeous and spotless and the family helped us out with everything we needed. Food at breakfast and in the evening was delicious. Location is great, within walking distance of most sites. For the sites further away, Sony took good care of us with his tuk tuk.

Set 39 km from Jaisalmer Fort, Desert Dream Royal Camp & Pool offers 5-star accommodation in Jaisalmer and has a garden, a restaurant and a bar. We have travelled a lot in India but this was one of the most beautiful experiences we had so far. Camel ride in the desert by the sunset and the desert trails were just next level. We did night star gazing and saw shooting stars. Since we wanted to spend alone time we skipped the folk events and enjoyed the night safari. I must say the staff guided us well and went beyond the boundaries to serve their best.

It was like you were in a home. We loved the communal table. It was a great way to meet people in this beautifully decorated dining room with chandeliers and beautiful family photos. The property had an old-world charm about it and was very well decorated with fine-quality accents throughout, including our room. The staff was charming as well as the owners, Colonel Mahendra and his wife. They had some fascinating stories to tell and we enjoyed their hospitality tremendously. We highly recommend this property!

Clean, cozy, beautifully appointed, incredible location - everything you could want in a comfortable stay - but maybe best of all amazing staff who made me feel at home in India. They even had a welcome sign with my name on the door (!!) So warm, generous, kind and helpful - Udaipur remains my favorite city in India and I think largely due to my experience at 3 Raahi - I remain in contact with Vaishali while on my travels. Truly a gem of a human.
