The homestay features family rooms. The house is new and cozy. It does have all the facilities you need. Located in the middle of Monroe Island this house is just the best place to visit this part of India with authenticity. Karun (the host) is just super nice and he will make you feel at home at every moment. He booked for me a beautiful boating tour at the sunrise. He was always asking if I need food for lunches and dinners and served me delicious dishes when asked, directly at home. He also lended his scooter to let me visiting around the area. Just the best host I could ask for.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Kovalam Beach is 700 metres away. My stay at Abhi’s exceeded my expectations and I was given a very warm welcome and shown to my room which was huge with big windows, cool fans and air conditioning which I rarely used as there was a nice cross breeze with the windows open. I liked that there were tea or coffee making facilities in my room and a small fridge. I felt very safe there and no request was ever too much. The cafe is lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts were the best homemade Indian breakfasts! Mani was always with a smile! Loved the homey feel of this place and the cafe was always very busy so word is out the food is fab! Cute little finches and sweet dogs as well! Can’t wait to return!
