The service really was exceptional. Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.

There were no impossible tasks for you, you always helped and solved all my problems. I did not have a single negative moment associated with this trip. I’ll miss you all and the beautiful Qatar. And I’ll definitely come back again, especially to your hotel! Breakfast was good with different choice and very clean area to sit. All staffs were helpful and kind. Location was perfect for us as we found a Masjid just at the back of hotel and 5 to 10 mins walk to Mall.

    It was an amazing stay, we love our loft suite and it is PET friendly hotel, so I able to brought my baby DOG....the hotel is an ART and I love it. I love the pool as well.
