    Great location close to the Munich City Center. Very clean, nice reception with lounge space and drinks for sale. Location is pretty tucked away, we walked past it before realizing where it was. Walking into the hotel was a complete change of scenery from the bustling outside area. It was very quiet and pleasant. And extremely dog friendly, even provided a water bowl and dog treats.

    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is extremely convenient for train travelers as it's directly opposite the train station. The hotel is also pet-friendly and offers a great breakfast. Receptionist Ivana was exceptional—helpful, fast, and kind. Her excellent communication and efficiency made my visit even more enjoyable.

    Quite pet friendly, although expensive to bring 2 dogs (20 euros per dog per day). Ground floor room with door that opens directly to the outside was greatly appreciated as I could just slip out that way to walk my dogs instead of going through the hallways and lobby area. The breakfast is expensive, but amazing! The reception staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming and we even had a late check out after registering for their loyalty programme. Great service :)

    Cleanliness, staff, food, everything. I did stay for one night only but this is my honest opinion. Location was good for me since I did a stayover while driving, maybe it would not suite someone looking for a close to city center place. They are also pet friendly and had my dog with me.
