The staff (front desk staff and restaurant) were very accommodating and were always pleasant. The location was ideal. We had access to the bus routes to travel to the old town area and we were close to the water front area.

The resort has a very good location with private beach, huge enough to have a relaxing holiday even when almost fully booked. Fresh and tasty breakfast, plenty of restaurants to choose for dinner. Bed and pillows are really comfy, easy to stay in for lazy mornings, the room is top clean every day. Staff members are very kind - real 5-star experience.

Everything was perfect. Awesome view from the apartment. The location is close to everything and right above the old town. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine and our fridge was full of breakfast goods - fresh fruits, juice, milk, water and coffee. She left us bread and jams too. They were very accomadating and communication was quick and easy. I would recommend staying at this Seaview apartment.

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

This appartment was better than many 5 star hotels. Exceeded all expectations and was outstanding. It had all the ammenities needed even more. Many freebies and gifts from the host. The room was very high-end, in an amazing location exactly in the center of old town, with great view to the clock tower, cable car mountain, the wall, and monestry. Toilet and bath are very premium (villeroy and bosch) The design of the room was very modern and special, we wanted to stay in the room the whole trip 😁😁.

We had a lovely stay at Zelenci Apartments. The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utilities. Lot of towels and toilet paper in the bathroom.     The apartment is luxury jewellery with perfect location. Bus stop is literally next to the front door and for just 5 minutes you could be in the heart of the old town. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean and super comfortable - It’s like you’re staying in 5 stars hotel but with the benefits of having fully equipped kitchen and getting precious hints for your stay from Ivo. He is amazing host answering all my questions and always available - I wish all of hosts were like him!

    Great great location : the sea under your bed! You can go by a ladder from the coast in the sea (don't foregate a masque there is a lot of fish). A pool for two appartements ( useful if you are afraid to go in the deep sea), a wonderful breakfast served like in a 5 stars hotel , but just for you, in front of the sea. Every detail is luxurious in the appartement. 10 minute with an uber from the city center.

    This is a truly amazing 5 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights in July and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed by the pool all day and enjoyed waiter/waitress service, fresh towels, piped music and great views out to sea of boats passing by. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and you could tell it was a Michelin starred chef who prepared the fresh hot food. Beautiful garden areas to sit and relax. Make sure you take photos from the top of the property at night with it all lit up. We highly recommend the Palace Natali.

    Inside swimming pool / heated was great for trip during winter Bed was super comfortable (top quality of mattress and pillows) I like the brand of the toiletries (Occitane) - it makes the difference vs a poor quality - a real 5 stars!
