Loved this hotel - Room was clean, comfy and spacious. When booking this hotel we knew it was nice, but it exceeded our expectations - by staying at Royal Ariston you access the full Royal Brand hotel complex (series of waterfront hotels and facilities like bars, seating, restaurants but best of all beach access all along the coast!). No. 6 bus is a breeze to catch into Old Town and is cheap. So pleased we stayed in Lapad as it was easy to access Old Town and go sightseeing in the day, but at night the hotel is just amazing to hang out at. Convinced it had one of the best views in Dubrovnik! Special shout out to the comfiest hotel slippers ever.. wish I took them with me. Recommend bringing reef shoes prior to your stay (they are expensive in Dubrovnik).. I used my hotel slippers to walk down the rocks 🤣 Breakfast buffet was fabulous, hotel gave out fresh beach towels daily. Highly recommend Kopun restaurant in Old Town. Hotel has amazing sunset views - head down to the beach chairs by the sea and enjoy! Overall felt like this was such great value for money for what we got access to.

Superbly appointed and sparklingly clean apartment a short 5/10 minute walk down/up the hill from the old city walls, with all the mod-cons one could wish for. Great view out over Fort Lovrijenac and the bay. Nice little garden area for enjoying a sundowner drink too. Host very thoughtful as well and provided clear welcome guidance etc. Recommended.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk from all the main attractions and restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and fresh, with plenty of toiletries, expresso machine, fridge. Biba is an exceptional host!!! She made sure we were comfortable, and she gave us a detailed list of restaurant recommendations, assisted us with tours we wanted to take and was ready to help us in person or via WhatsApp to answer any doubt or question we had. We loved everything about our stay and would totally recommend it to anyone heading to Dubrovnik!

    The apartment is luxury jewellery with perfect location. Bus stop is literally next to the front door and for just 5 minutes you could be in the heart of the old town. Everything is brand new, sparkling clean and super comfortable - It’s like you’re staying in 5 stars hotel but with the benefits of having fully equipped kitchen and getting precious hints for your stay from Ivo. He is amazing host answering all my questions and always available - I wish all of hosts were like him!

    Great great location : the sea under your bed! You can go by a ladder from the coast in the sea (don't foregate a masque there is a lot of fish). A pool for two appartements ( useful if you are afraid to go in the deep sea), a wonderful breakfast served like in a 5 stars hotel , but just for you, in front of the sea. Every detail is luxurious in the appartement. 10 minute with an uber from the city center.

    This is a truly amazing 5 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights in July and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed by the pool all day and enjoyed waiter/waitress service, fresh towels, piped music and great views out to sea of boats passing by. Breakfast was amazing, great choice and you could tell it was a Michelin starred chef who prepared the fresh hot food. Beautiful garden areas to sit and relax. Make sure you take photos from the top of the property at night with it all lit up. We highly recommend the Palace Natali.

    Inside swimming pool / heated was great for trip during winter Bed was super comfortable (top quality of mattress and pillows) I like the brand of the toiletries (Occitane) - it makes the difference vs a poor quality - a real 5 stars!

    Natural environment is exceptional. Breathtaking views and beaches. The hotel layout is superb. Breakfast and dinner selection is 5 star. Bus service is convenient.
