Set in a lovely quiet location out of the city , surrounded by mountains and fields .The staff were very warm and welcoming,and the whole place was beautifully designed with greenery and ponds and the most gorgeous bungalows! Ours was a little teepee type bungalow with a matress which was incredibly comfortable,and views from both sides ,of the garden and of the mountain. The vegetarian food we ordered was excellent. Lovely place , definitely would come back!

The setting was beautiful. Very tranquil after being in Hanoi. The gardens are lovely to sit in and just watch the birds and butterflies flying around. We were able to hire motorbikes to travel around but it was easy to walk to the old city or go by bike from the Homestay. Nyung and her husband were perfect hosts and ensured our stay was pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All the food we had was lovely with fresh vegtables and herbs from the garden. Nyung knew I didn't like bananas so very kindly bought me apples to eat. Nyung organised a boat trip from green river which was lovely and quiet compared to the trips from Tam Coc. She also organised a taxi for us to go into Tam Coc for an evening out which was about 7euros each way. We stayed here for 7 nights which was propably a little too long as we ran out of places to visit. This is no reflection on the property just our personal observation. We would thouroughly recommend staying here as it can only get better if they continue to keep their high standards up.

The room vas tidy, clean, and a lot of space. Bathroom clean, hot wather, clean towels. Stuff were extreamly friendy, nice and cared for our satisfaction all the time. We felt like at home. They organized trasportation and pick-ups. Breakfast was very good. You can get drinks there, and the food is very good. The location is very nice, in nature, by the lake and river. You can get bikes there to travel around. If we come to Vietnam, we will definetly take this homestay. I recomend for all people, individual travelers, famillies or bigger groups. In the summer you can relax by the pool and enyoj a perfect scenary. Till now the best place in Vietnam for us.

The homestay prepared extra beds so there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Breakfast served at the table, although not too many dishes, was very suitable for my family's taste. The space was very chill, with many beautiful scenes around the homestay.

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning...

    Its actually quite nice to walk around early in the morning before the other tourists arrive, but in reality it is a couple of quite nice by nothing special temples in the main complex, a nothing special temple out in a very scenic valley bewteen karst towers, and a totally uninspiring temple up quite a climb up some steep steps near the top of a hill.

    Accept the offer of a motorbike tour at the gate to see it all, otherwise you’ll never find all the locations. Trust the locals. They are trying to make a living sure - as we all are. But you gotta trust that apart from the odd taxi driver, in Vietnam most people ARE NOT trying to rip you off. Yes people offering directions are doing just that like you would at home. And do give some money to the lady monks who hold out their hands when you visit. It is how they survive. Don’t be cheap and mean please! I witnessed some bad white people behaviour here and in Tam Coc and Hoi An. Try not to be an asshole!
