From the welcome drink when I checked in to the arrangement of airport transport when I departed I was impressed and made to feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay. The location of the hotel was a great base to explore Saigon from. The room was exactly as described and the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. N. Duc at the concierge desk and the entire team at the hotel were exceptional.

Always staying at Mai House when coming to Saigon, once again the experience was good. Appreciated that this time the staff anticipated my liking by giving me a corner room that is more bright. As usual, the colonial style is nice to see, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the Vietnamese food of the in-room service is good. There is some small steps being made by the hotel to provide more sustainable & environmental friendly single-use goods over the years, which is quite important for me & for an hotel of this standing, continue the efforts!

Great staff! Very nice room and big pool overlooking the city. Location is perfect, very nice neighbourhood with all main things to see just short walk. Close to all restaurants, bars ect. It is in the shopping mall. Very nice and comfortable beds, overall great experience!
