There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The most comfortable bed! The toiletries were beautiful, the bathroom was decadent, everything was immaculate. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The service was perfect and we really loved the hotel bar. The coffee making facilities in room were particularly nice.

The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally! The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place. Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

Able to get a quiet night’s sleep. Super comfortable bed. Filtered water literally on tap. Wonderful ambience in the room, complemented by real and well tended pot plants. There was a lovely area to have breakfast and they made the best gluten free pancakes ever. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As a tea drinker I was delighted to be provided with a kettle!

    A bit chaotic and crowded - difficult convoluted path walking (sidewalks, ramps, elevators, via parking garages, to get to the heart of the area when coming from the waterfront. Not for most Seniors. Better to approach the area via 1st Avenue, however you can get there

    It was cool to see Pike Place market but we skipped...

    It was cool to see Pike Place market but we skipped Starbucks; all you really need is a photo of the logo outside. The queue was already long at 9:00 in the morning! And don't buy any fruit there - we bought 4 nectarines and were charged $12. Try the chowder around the corner though - that was excellent.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Palihotel, we loved the decor and the general vibe. The room was immaculately kept. We also got a drinks voucher each which was a nice touch - we had a few cocktails in the bar which were great. The staff were also friendly and attentive. The location is adjacent to attractions like Pike Place Market and some upmarket bars we wanted to try, such as Roquette.

    Incredible customer service, we were accommodated for an early check-in after disembarking from an Alaska cruise. The room was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable bed and with all amenities to make an exceptional stay. The location was perfect - walking distance to the cruise port, piers and the Pike Place Market. The restaurant in the hotel served a great breakfast.

    EXCELLENT location literally across from Pike Place Market. Great air conditioning, each room had a sink and each bed had its own privacy curtain, locker, outlets, and light. Free breakfast every morning that is hearty and plenty. Very helpful staff. Private bathrooms. And the hostel has events every single day - I was able to attend one in which they just gave out free beer. Amazing!

    Well equipped small apartment with everything we needed for a few nights. Location is perfect to walk to Pike Place Market and close enough to reach the Link Light Rail. Luggage storage was provided for free on our last day which meant we could spend more time exploring the local area and visiting attractions. Apartment has central heating which was needed for the gloomy weather.
