They helped us get one of our bags delivered to our hotel in Tokyo as we couldn't take it on the bus to Takayama. The room is small but just enough for 2. The room was really spacious and clean, which was very much appreciated after two weeks of 3 of us sharing rooms on the smaller side while in Japan. The location was great for us being really close to Shin Osaka station and we also appreciated that the beds were made and new towels and slippers were left each day, as we weren’t expecting that due to it being an apartment style accommodation.
