The location, facilities and cleanliness are all perfect. The friendliness and personality of the staff made our vacation the best. Thanks to the staff, we had a super comfotable experience. After checking out, the staff asked us, "Are you still going out until your flight? Shall I keep your luggage?" After coming back to hotel, they asked us, "Do you want to use the bathroom?" I was impressed that everything was perfect. We found the best accommodation in London.

A lovely hotel just off of Trafalgar Square with everything you need around you. It's just minutes from Covent Garden and loads of great bars, pubs, and restaurants. The public transport connections are excellent from there too. We loved it and would definitely return!

Our hotel of choice, when staying in central London. So close to St James Park (squirrel cuteness overload!), to the Mall, to Buckingham Palace, to the theatres, to Piccadilly, Oxford, Regent Street, to Trafalgar, the shops, museums... It's very practical. The staff is very efficient and courteous, and our room was very comfortable (we would have preferred a bathtub, though). The breakfast menu is good, but nothing out of the ordinary. We never tried the afternoon tea because we had other plans. Highly recommended and we'll be back in December for some more theatre-time and to enjoy the Christmas decorations.

London Eye

I spy with my little eye, something beginning with ... L. Get a god’s-eye view of London atop this giant Ferris Wheel on the South Bank. The glass pods hold up to twenty-five people per pod and were designed to represent each of London's 32 boroughs. Infinitely popular, it does exactly as it claims – it takes you up, then it takes you down!

somewhat underwhelming. if you don't get the fast track option expect around a 30 min wait. views are surprisingly obstructed on the opposite side of the Thames - couldn't even see the gherkin! I did expect it to be far more spectacular than what it was.

Amazing greeting to my little boys with a welcome pack from hatim. Made them feel very special. Spa was child friendly. Clean comfy rooms. Great location. Will definitely use again. We had a glimpse of the houses of Parliament & London eye from our room.

The location was pretty central, close to southwark and Blackfriars tube station or you could do a nice walk down by the London eye and Big Ben! The hotel have taps to fill your own bottle with cold still or sparkling water which was a nice sustainable feature. The breakfast was basic but nice.

I had a room overlooking the river looking over the parliament and some of the london eye, room was amazing, i usually love going to their Westminster location but this was good value for money and honestly underrated I think due to it not being as central.

Prime benefit was the location, as we came via Euston and visted the London Eye and Greenwich, the latter by river boat from Embankment Pier; and also the Wallace Collection and British Museum and National Library. We also walked into Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square areas. Though we ate out (and there was plenty of choice) we found the flat well equipped for a longer stay. Vegan breakfast at the Cream Dream on the ground floor.

I bought tickets in advance because in 2014 they started charging to see the London Eye fireworks. I got there around 7PM with my friends and there were so many people getting in! Took me a while to get past the place they check your tickets but after you pass that you get plenty of time and space to settle. The fireworks were beautiful. To anyone planning to spend the NYE in London: bring food, water and get a good spot as soon as you can. You're probably only going to be able to leave the area around 1AM anyway. The subways stay open until late but they also get super crowded with people heading back home.

I would recommend the combination of attractions, and to book in advance. The London Eye was an amazing experience, the London Dungeons & Madame Tussaud's. The SeaLife Aquarium was good & we were able to casually walk around in there.
