This was the best hotel that we stayed in. The breakfast was delicious the variety of food was good. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack. Dinner was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. The location was excellet. The service from all the staff at Hotel Zugspitz was awesome!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . We were with breakfast, lunch and dinner . Quality of food is excellent , very delicious , Service in restaurant exceeded my expectation . Location is very quiet , it makes stay relaxing And joyful . Outdoor and indoor space are enough to Serve all needs for all Ages ! We made friends with family from Dortmund , they told me , They like it so much , That they will make this hotel Their annual holiday . So summary we highly recommend this hotel !!! Thank you once again , for the great vacation , you provided for your guests !!!!

We had chosen to stay at Das Graseck as part of our honeymoon and it was perfect! The access via the cable car was great fun; the location was breathtakingly beautiful; there was a variety of spa facilities available all of which were very clean and well maintained; you can walk to Partnach Gorge from the hotel; the 4 course meal each night was absolutely wonderful! We couldn't fault the food in anyway. What made this stay even more wonderful was the staff; the staff and team at Das Graseck were lovely, especially since we spoke very little German so they were kind enough to speak in English where possible. Additionally we want to say thank you for upgrading our room as a honeymoon treat. The room we had was absolutely stunning, and we were very grateful. Lastly, I want to make a special mention to 'Robin' who was one of the restaurant staff and who served us for our first two nights; he was very polite and patient, very caring as to when we wanted our next meal and whether there was anything on the menu we didn't want. Robin really stood out to us on our stay in his excellent customer service, so thank you.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a wonderful area providing a beautiful view of the Zugspitze mountain. The food was phenomenal (I am a vegetarian). If you want to go on a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, this place is for you.

    I could easily walk to Partnachklamm from this hotel, which was very convenient. The breakfast was actually quite good and offered a nice view of the mountains. Overall, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend taking the cable car in Partnachklamm and watching the sunrise or sunset from the top of the mountain—it’s absolutely breathtaking.

    The location of the hotel is certainly a plus. It is slightly outside Garmisch but it is still well accessible even with public transportation. The Partnachklamm is 10 minutes by walk. There are also nice walking trails around the hotel region. The staff is very friendly.

    The property is well maintained with parking next to the room easing the movement of the luggage. The facilities are very good and there are multiple shops in and around the apartment ranging from restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets etc making it more comfortable. The Partnachklamm is just 15min from the apartment so one can even go by bicycle or public transportation and avoid the Car.

    Beautifully appointed apartments, tastefully decorated and fully functional place complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was so spacious we could have 8 person's in the apartment for dinner comfortably. Location was spot on, right next to Zugspitze and minutes away by foot to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Partnachklamm was 5 mins away and Kolbensattel only 25 mins. The eatery with the same name next door is an amazing breakfast place too!

    Awesome hotel with a cool terrace and a view to the ski jumping arena. Rooms are spacious and clean. We arrived after working hours, and we got our keys in an envelope attached to the entrance door, very convenient. It is very close to a cool wonder of nature - Partnachklamm - a must visit place.

    The apartments were located at the best spot close to Partnachklamm. Our apartment was on the second floor and had a great view of the mountains. We could see Zugspitze from our balcony. All the facilities were great and the property was hence very comfortable.
