The hotel is close to public transport stations as Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstrasse. The staff was very friendly, they were able to store the luggage after check-out and offered to post some postcards, as well. Hotel is right outside Friedrichstrasse station. Very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Dedicated Concierge for any questions that you might have about the hotel and anything else really, so you didn't have to queue at reception.
