Friendly staff and perfect location in the center of Queen street mall. Room was ready before usual check in time which is a bonus after a long flight. I would stay there again.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Entrance is from the top of queen street mall. Parking at shopping complex across the mall is preferred to the valet parking, which required driving into a shared area with pedestrians

The apartment was 7 floors up and the view was great looking out over Southbank. The apartment is spacious, and the sauna and pool facilities were fabulous. Easy to walk to the Queen Street Mall or Southbank and only around 5-10 mins to the train stations.
