The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. Antigua Casona was phenomenal! We stayed one night in another hotel in Cusco too, but this one stood out by far. The food was delicious. Thank You for keeping our baggage for a night before our arrival as well.

Set in Ollantaytambo, 24 km from Bus Station, Stardome Spiritual Experience offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Staying at the Stardome was an incredible experience! The property itself is really what makes your stay so memorable. We had some of the best views we've ever experienced in Peru from every angle of the property. The surrounding gardens were beautiful, with hummingbirds buzzing around the flowers at all hours of the day. Virginia and her staff are so attentive - they're great communicators and make some of the freshest food in the area! Breakfast is included in the stay, and dinner was very reasonably priced. While the rooms leave a little bit to be desired, the experience of being at Stardome more than makes up for it. We can't wait to come back!

Set in Ollantaytambo, 21 km from Bus Station, Las Qolqas EcoResort Ollantaytambo offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.

Situated in Urubamba, 2.7 km from Bus Station, Andean Wings Valley features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Great hotel with a stunning garden and excellent facilities. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was delicious! I highly recommend it.

Located in Urubamba, 800 metres from Bus Station, Lizzy Wasi Urubamba provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Lizzy Wasi is a beautiful little hotel in Urubamba - the gardens are so beautiful and the alpacas are a real treat to hang around with. The property is a short walk into the town (10 mins). We wish that we'd spent more time there and also visited Luna's Horses next door!

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it was one of the best hotels we had in our 14 day trip in Peru. The hotel is not located in the centre of Urubamba which we loved as it is set in a quite location near the river and had amazing mountain views all around. Rooms are vey spacious with beautiful décor, comfortable beds with views of the garden and mountains. Food during breakfast and dinner was really good and there's many options to choose from. All employees were very nice and helpful.

Set in a historical building just 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas square, this luxury boutique hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi. It features a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful courtyard and great service! This hotel also has excellent food! I will definitely stay there again.
