Located in Ladismith, in a valley amongst wine lands, Mymering Wine & Guest Estate has luxurious rooms some with a fireplace. The property features an outdoor pool and barbecue facilities. Overlooking the farm and Towerkop Mountain, Mymering’s air-conditioned units are elegantly decorated with modern furniture. Each accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area. Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet, before exploring the picturesque wine lands. They can also enjoy a refreshing drink in the bar or a three-course dinner on request. In close proximity you will find a choice of activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and game watching. You can also relax on the sun loungers by the pool or exercise in the property’s fitness centre. This property makes use of solar as an alternative power source

Andy is a retired surgeon from Port Elizabeth. I still have a corporate clothing and gift company in Port Elizabeth. We moved to Mymering in 2010 and after much renovation and building can accommodate 20 guests. Andy started making wine in 2011 and I love to cook - so we have found our new lives in the beautiful Dwarsrivier valley with our 6 fur kids.

Mymering is a place to unwind and be close to nature. Pick our lovely export table grapes on a vineyard walk, enjoy our 3 course dinners and farm breakfasts. Taste our boutique Hillock wines made on the farm.

Fabulous hikes and passes in and around Ladismith. Mostly wine grape farmers, but also stone fruits. The well know Karoo lamb is served often in our dining room!
