Welcome to Nipa Riverside Villa. We always want to bring the best memories to the guest all over the world about Hoi An in particular and Viet Nam in general. Some of us are local people, some of us are from the other places, but we also love Hoi An so luch. With our experience, acknowledge, and sympathy, we will create the great time together. The friendly staff at Nipa Riverside Villa frontdesk can assist guests with laundry services and airport transfer or tour arrangements. Activities like cooking class and excursions to My Son Temple, Marble Mountain and Cham Island for snorkeling can also be organized.

This luxurious Villa is located right on the riverside of Hoi An (Cua Dai street near Bali Market) with a tranquil atmosphere and a picturesque scenery. The Villa consists out of 9 luxurious rooms for short term rental (different size rooms), combined with: • Semi-classical design style • A modern and healthy lifestyle facility that offers mindfulness, wellbeing and social connection between guests • a healthy surrounding that gives our customers the opportunity to enjoy an environment of peace and freedom. The bottom floor: • is a spacious open plan working area (Fast wifi) • a Spa that offers a wide range of services - massaging and steam rooms • a Koi fish pond for relaxation, • and an exquisite swimming pool area. • There is also a Riverside café, with a self service kitchenand/or room service from the kitchen. • Cocktails and coffee is always available 18 hours of the day. Cock & Tail Riverside café is perfect for breakfast, lunch and socializing with sundowners after a long day’s work • fishing and kayaking with a beautiful view • and benches to read books or relax
