I am available via phone, email or text in case you need anything or have questions. I shall meet you at the homestay for your check in and show you around the place. We like to meet our guests- Will became my new friend, especially when they arrive to the house so we can explain the rules and show them the room and Introduce them the city map, give them the highly recommend which place must see, must eat… I enjoy providing hospitality and a warm welcome to guests. We almost available in there, we’ll always be there whenever you need any help, but we also greatly respect our guest privacy. And hope we will have a great time together also you will have a memorable memory when staying with us

Property information

My house is new 7-floor-building with kitchen, private bedroom, elevator and a terrace. The ground floor is a living room which guest can use this common area. we also have a front desk and Our staff is super friendly and is WILLING TO HELP if any problem happen. ∎ Every rooms are equipped with modern conveniences for a truly comfortable stay.
 The room with a floor-to-ceiling window provides the guess with plenty of natural light. ∎The units feature a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. A fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle.
 ∎ Free wifi and air condition. 

Location:
 ∎ Lubi is located in a safe and super flexible area ( 3 minute walk from Opera House which is the intermediate station for traveling) and is close to almost every famous tourist attractions and more.
 ∎The nearest airport is Noi Bai International, 21 km from Lubi House Homestay.

Neighbourhood information

Lubi House is a newly built studio apartment with Indochina style. Our house is sited in Dang Thai Than street in a quiet and lovely neighborhood just 3 minute walk from Opera House. Extremely convenient location to travel with many place of entertainment nearby like restaurant, jazz club, museum, ... and is very close to the Hoan Kiem lake. The place is the ideal for guests who want to explore Hanoi at its heart as a true local.
