Location Location Location!!! A stone’s throw away from U of U, the heart of SLC, Temple square and some of the best Museums Utah has to offer. You’ll love being centrally located in the Avenues of SLC and touring the beautiful Victorian style neighborhoods. You won’t find a better place to stay if you’re visiting Utah  for a University visit, graduation, medical treatment, downtown wedding, ski trip, convention center, general conference, genealogy, business meetings... Bus stop a block away.

Neighbourhood information

The location is awesome, you are in a cool neighborhood right by the university campus that is also a very nice walk away from downtown and several good grocery stores. You can also get to some good trailheads on foot for hiking/mountain biking from the apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood in the prestigious and historic Avenues with picturesque Victorian homes. We have a small parking lot behind the four plex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus. TRANSPORTATION • UTA – Bus, Trax – Bus stop one blocks away • UBER • LYFT • Yellow Cab • Ute Cab • Salt Lake Transport • Scooters for rent throughout downtown
