High end 2-bedroom, 2-bath lower-level of house just a block from Boulder's iconic Chautauqua Park. A 2,400 sq ft space with 12-foot ceilings, designer furniture & lamps, curated Ukrainian art, and premium amenities—including a steam sauna, pool table, California king bed (along with two twins), large televisions, and luxury mattress & linens. Short walking distance to Pearl Street, CU Boulder, and Folsom Field.
I'm a middle aged dad who works from home but has travelled the world.
We live in a beautiful, quiet area of Boulder: close to the mountains and still walking distance to Pearl Street (the center of town). Its the best area, without a doubt.
