This 4 bedroom property is located centrally in Katy on 99 and I-10. Our cozy home is great for long-term stays and is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, just a few minutes drive from Katy Downtown, Katy Asian Town, Katy Mills, Cinco Ranch, and many shopping centers in Katy/Richmond areas. This location is also minutes away from Grand Parkway Park & Ride - which allows you to access Downtown Houston (45 mins away). Apart from this the house comes with fast Wi-Fi and streaming available

Neighbourhood information

This is a friendly neighborhood in the Katy Area. There is a children's park that is about 1 minute walk from this home. 6-7 Cars can be parked at this location, including one in the attached garage. Driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Parking on the street is permissible - up to 2. Highly recommended that you do not block the mailbox that is located next to the driveway entry.
