A NOTE FROM YOUR HOST. Welcome to your home away from home. Property use is restricted to the number of guests listed in your reservation with maximum occupancy not being exceeded. All guests to respect “quiet hours” from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Pets are allowed only if noted in your reservation. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Underage guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Smoking, commercial filming, tents, and charcoal grills are prohibited. Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs.
If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Failure to do so could drive additional cost to the guest to ensure HOA timelines are still met, or at worst could result in cancellation of the reservation. If included in your reservation, we are not responsible for the inoperability or availability of community/membership privileges or access to recreational features and on-site amenities.

This two bedroom, two bath rental is ideally located near Lakewood Ranch and interstate I75. Not to mention, only a 20-30-minute drive to local area beaches. Your spacious and fully equipped vacation home here in Bradenton, Florida includes a refreshing community swimming pool and all the amenities you expect on a Florida vacation.
Entering the home, you will notice the spacious open floor plan that leads you to the kitchen. Your kitchen comes fully stocked with all extra amenities you could need while on vacation. It has also been recently updated with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy relaxing on the counter bar space off the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a quick bite to eat or relax with a morning cup of coffee. Also located off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 people and a dining room table overlooking the living area.
Into the living room, you will notice an abundant amount of space and seating to enjoy while spending your afternoons with family or friends. No need to worry about missing any of your favorite shows, this home offers cable and wifi for your benefit. Off the living room, your gorgeous patio awaits. With tons of wildlife in the area and amazing night sky, this will soon become one of your favorite spots.
Your master bedroom features a king size bed and attached bathroom for added privacy when traveling in a group. Also, featured in the room is a flat screen TV for you to enjoy. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and a flat-screen TV as well. The guest bathroom is also located off the second bedroom.
The whole house has high-speed wireless internet. Soft and comfortable towels and linens are available. Your vacation home has over 1000 sq ft to spread out, making this a perfect vacation home rental for your family or small group.
