This bright, stylish space was fully remodeled in 2022 and has everything to make you feel at home – speedy WiFi, TV (preloaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN), washer and dryer, well equipped full kitchen and tableware. Get outside and enjoy the Phoenix sunshine by playing outdoor games, lounging at a conversation space or dining al fresco. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood and the relaxing patio where you can sip your morning coffee. The powerful A/C will keep you cool in Arizona's summer too. The 2 mattresses of varying firmness and high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

Neighbourhood information

This neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to Uptown and the fun parts of Phoenix. Coming from Sky Harbor Airport, take the 51 freeway north to exit 3 (E Indian School Rd). Continue on Indian school to N. 12th and turn right (north), then left on Meadowbrook and right on 11th Pl. Park in carport next to the house. Please note that the driveway is shared with the house on the front of the property.
