Easy access to Sundance (20 min), Silicone Slopes (15 min). Private backyard. Suitable For Mid-Term Stays (15+days). The building is Professionally Cleaned, furnished, WIFI available, and heat/ac included. This property is managed by responsible landlords. *Basement Apartment. NO PETS NO SMOKING/VAPING NO EVENTS.
