Private gated entrance & all fenced in yard. Lots of natural light, work/study space, wood floors, large closet & drawer space, parking on property. Shaded courtyard @ your front door. Unwind w/ the sound of the waterfountain, surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Ideal stop on way to keys and Everglades, centrally located by S. Miami-Pinecrest area, @ border of Palmetto Bay & Cutler Bay-just a couple miles From The Falls mall. The ocean is just a scenic bike ride away, close to Black Point marina, markets & bars.
Hi I'm AJ I'm an artist who travels back and forth from L.A to Miami for work family and play! I love nature and animals, and I consider my Bungalow to be one of my finest creations yet.
Safe residential neighborhood walking distance to shops, markets, Laundromats and bars. Beautiful, quiet block for a walk any time of the day.
