Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. NO PARTIES, NO PET, NO EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS! LOCALS CONTACT US FIRST. A large & deep pool with covered patio seating, 10 Min. drive to the strip with easy highway access, situated in a very quite neighborhood near airport. Newly remodeled house has a large and deep private swimming pool with patio seating, barbecue, 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa (all American size) accommodates up to 6 guests. Covered 2-car private garage, fully equipped kitchen, office desk and a mini crib for small groups, families or business professionals.
I am a world traveler and often stay at booking homes myself, so I know the needs of my guests and I paid attention of small details. I am always ready to provide extra requests whether things you need for your kids or the loved ones. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, big palm trees, residential homes. It’s less than 10 min drive to strip, 5 min away to airport or 4 min to airport car rental. We have Whole Foods, Albertsons’ and Walmart Neighborhood market around a mile away. There is premium outlet mall 5 min drive away. Shopping and Entertainment Center Town Square is also couple miles away; plenty of local places. It’s also a safe neighborhood, we don’t have any issues. There is direct access to highway a few hundred yard away from the house I215 which connects with I15. You can get to anywhere using These highways in 5-10 min drive. Uber and Lyft is a good option if you don’t have a car, it should cost around 12-15 dollars one way to get to the strip. Airport car rental center is almost walking distance (15min walk) away. We provide a covered garage with remote for two cars, and we ask you to park inside garage at all times per community rule. Thank you
