Perfect for solo adventurers or couples, this off-grid glamping experience blends comfort, privacy, and the magic of the desert. ★ Sleeps 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin sofa ★ Fire pit, picnic tables, hammocks, games ★ BBQ, bocce ball, putting green, shaded outdoor lounge ★ Fully stocked kitchen, shower, toilet, hot water ★ DVD player, indoor/outdoor sound system ★ Off-grid with full solar power Inside, enjoy a warm, well-equipped space. Outside, relax under the stars, gather by the fire pit, or just take in the peaceful desert views. This is a true glamping stay—expect small adjustments like using a lighter for the oven or a brief wait for hot water. Guests under 21 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. TRUVI Verification: All bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. After booking, guests will receive a secure text to complete a quick verification. You’ll choose either a refundable deposit (minus a small fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-In Form: Before receiving check-in instructions, guests must complete a Check-In Form agreeing to our Rental Agreement and House Rules. A photo ID is required and must match the credit card on file. All payments must be completed prior to check-in. No infants. Children 2+ must be listed in guest count. Extra guests over 4: 25 usd per night. Day guests require approval and must leave by 10pm.Pets are not allowed—strictly enforced. No outdoor music at any time. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. Smoking only outdoors, 15 ft from RV. No candles. 250 usd fee for violations. Wi-Fi available but may vary. DVD only—no TV channels. Hot water may be limited in winter due to pipe freezing. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER: Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must submit a deposit or waiver through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable deposit (minus a processing fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process.

Check-in information will be provided after verification is complete. Guests who book may also be required to agree to our House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN FORM: Prior to receiving check-in instructions, guests will be required to complete a Check-in Form with our standard Rental Agreement terms and conditions, which reflects our House Rules.

For verification purposes, a copy of your photo ID will be requested and must match the name of the credit card on file. For a seamless check-in, please make sure all your payments are completed before check-in.
