We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10:00, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge 125 dollars instead of 50. Note: The building only permits pets weighing no more than 25 pounds. (Only dogs are allowed) If you plan to check out after 10am, please notify us in advance so we can assist with necessary arrangements. A late check-out request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-out date and will incur a fee of 40 dollars. Failure to request a late check-out in advance may result in additional charges as outlined below: All guest must leave by 10:00 unless a late check-out is verified and agreed upon with the host and has been paid for. If the guest or any of their party is still at the property after the scheduled check out time of 10:00, additional fees may apply. The first hour will cost them 200 dollars and each hour after 10:00 will cost them an additional 100 dollars. Unless the guest requests and pays for a late check-out 24 hours in advance which will cost 40 dollars and then the new check out time is 12:30. If you stay beyond that, an additional fee is 200 will apply for the first hour and 100 for each hour after that, beginning at 13:30.

Please note that all guests must vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. unless a late check-out has been verified, agreed upon with the host, and paid for (USD 40). If a guest or any member of their party remains at the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement, the following fees will apply:

USD 200 for the first hour after 10:00 a.m.

An additional USD 100 for each hour after 11:00 a.m.

If a late check-out is requested and paid 24 hours in advance, the new check-out time will be 12:30 p.m.

If guests remain after 12:30 p.m., an additional fee of USD 200 will apply for the first hour, and USD 100 for each additional hour, starting at 1:30 p.m.
