We are an off-site host. We own and manage our rental properties with a small professional team and take pride in providing top-notch customer service. We are in the virtual office from 8 am-10 pm to assist/answer general questions and have a dedicated hospitality department for after-hour emergencies. We rely on tech-based applications to assist in our daily operations to be sure our guests receive all communications on time and have info readily accessible. ## The neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays.
