Property information

The location with mountain views from the front and backyard made me fall in love with this home. It is perfectly set on a small culdisac, walking distance to the trails. Shopping and dining is down the street, yet while your in the neighberhood you feel detached from the big city. All the touches and love put into the spaces makes it a unique, comfortable home that offers an unforgettable experience.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood has a unique energy being next to South Mountain and it feels as if you’re out of the big city. People come from all over the valley to hike the Mormon trail every weekend. This trailhead is walking distance from the home. There is also a beautiful park to enjoy a couple blocks away. The back of the park has access to the Highland Canal, for walking, jogging and biking. There is lots of shopping options right outside of the neighborhood. Including Walmart, Fry’s, Target, Ross and a lot of different restaurant options for dining. The neighborhood is 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Tempe and 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
