    “房間跟整體環境非常乾淨，雖然部分牆面看得出來旅館有些年紀，可是房間、枕頭、棉被都沒有異味。 房間雖小，但是很有溫馨的感覺，跟訂房網站上看到的相差不大。 下次若再來礁溪玩，仍然會選擇再次入住的旅館 ＾＾ 房內浴室水龍頭打開就是溫泉水， 一開始需要一點時間讓水變熱，但不會等太久。 房內浴缸滿深的，泡澡非常的享受～～ 有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳，但是沒有提供牙刷、牙膏、梳子，要自備喔～ 旅館主人是一對上了年紀的夫妻，非常的和藹可親。 還有一對店貓，分別叫初一、十五，也很親人，都可以給摸摸。”

    “和图片介绍有一些差距，不过也能接受。老板好像对刷卡消费的顾客有些操作困难，操作十几次都不行，还好最后都解决了。老板自己刷卡操作不太熟悉，还建议客人出门多准备银行卡，真无语了。泡温泉设施经常会堵塞，我住了两天，早上本想起床泡一泡温泉，结果管子堵塞，最后老板让我自己收拾好行李换一个房间，刚收拾好行李准备换房间，又告诉我可以泡温泉了，搞得自己很狼狈，这就是我遇到的具体情况和处理结果。人情味道比其他民宿淡漠，勉强住一下吧，我自己下次坚决不会再去这家店了。对待我们同行的导游司机不太友好，听导游司机说...”
