For guests' convenience, car hire and shuttle service are possible upon request. Featuring air conditioning, a hot bathtub and a seating area with sofa, each luxurious room comes with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a refrigerator. The private bathroom has shower facilities, free toiletries and hairdryer. Some units have a private heated pool. Taiwan"地點不錯，開車交通很方便。 早餐有現打果菜汁，但中西式餐點選擇性不是很多，住四天的菜色差不多。 晚上有簡易的夜點，方便。 第二天換房的房型在樓層中間，比較明亮舒適。有獨立淋浴間。"- 佩婷 Taiwan"有提供宵夜，一些麵包跟粥還有9種的小配料 早餐的現榨果汁超級棒一定要來一杯，服務人員都很親切對小孩也都很友善，餐廳環境也乾淨舒適，小孩到台中都說要來這邊住宿，10樓有遊戲室可以讓小朋友放電，裡面也有哺乳室跟飲水機環境都蠻乾淨的！還有健身房唷🤣"
Yuch-kuei Taiwan"搜尋寵物友善住宿，寵物是家人，可以一起旅行，可以進房入住真的棒，但餐廳不能進入，只能家人輪流去用餐，如果推車固定坐位，會很感謝，寵物的部份還好有先電話詢問。收取1000元押金+500元清潔費，押金退房有退還，這次非假日進住，價格很優，早餐廳乾淨優雅，中西式食物好吃，還有現場服務人員幫我打蔬果汁，服務很好很驚豔，床單鋪也很舒服好睡沒異味，另外衛浴分開的設計也很棒，大致上都覺得不錯，有機會會再來住。"- 芷瑜 Taiwan"大廳人員很細心的告知接駁問題 也會特別注意我們有無搭上接駁車 司機大哥也會告知夜市路線讓我們不用自己找路 一下就到最熱鬧的地方 飯店人員也都很關心我們家毛孩 我家小胖子在房間內也感到很放鬆 有機會去台中玩一定會再入住水雲端"

- Zhi Taiwan"整體房間空間很大，可以環繞一圈，，床睡起來還行，備品齊全，吹風機風也不會太小，KTV音質有驚艷到，比想像中更好、歌也蠻多的，真是三五好友一起聊天唱歌不錯的選擇，晚上KTV音量會自動限制在一定範圍，也就沒有吵到隔壁鄰近房間的問題。"
