If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

3) Provided cardholder’s contact number and email address in term of verification payment.
A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
