The hotel is part of Raffles City Complex, offering a convention and shopping centre. A well-equipped fitness centre and 6 tennis courts are available. 24-hour room service is available for guests’ convenience. Staff are able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin, Indonesian and Filipino.
