Objekat Victoria lake house nalazi se na jezeru Perućac. Splav je po strukturi dvosoban, zauzima površinu od 85 m². Može da ugosti 5 osoba. Splav se sastoji se od dnevne i spavaće sobe. U dnevnoj sobi se nalazi krevet na rasklapanje kolji može da posluži kao ležaj za spavanje, ali i kao mesto za dnevni domor. Spav poseduje i kuhinju, kao i odvojenu spavaću sobu u kojoj se nalazi krevet na sprat. Kupatilo je opremljeno tuš kabinama a gostima su na raspolaganju i sva potrebna kozmetika, fen kao i peškiri. Za prelep pogled na prirodu i jezero zadužena je prostrana terasa splava. Na terasi se nalazi veliki sto za ručanje sa stolicama, gde može da se smesti osam osoba, ležaljke, suncobran i roštilj. Od dodatnih pogodnosti spav poseduje internet, WiFi, besplatan mini-bar, SUP daske za veslanje, kajak i JBL ozvučenje, društvene igre, tv smart - sve što je potrebno za sjajnu zabavu! Boravak kućnih ljubimaca je dopušten. Proslave i žurke na splavu su dozvoljeni pa je na vama da samo okupite društvo. Sam splav se nalazi na atraktivnom mestu, na samom Perućačkom jezeru, u netaknutoj prirodi. Nedaleko od njega je i Tara, a od samog splava, na 40 minuta vožnje se nalazi čuveni vidikovac na Tari, Banjska stena.
