Welcome to luxurious one bad- room apartments in Belgrade Waterfront building, complex with an amazing panoramic view of the Sava River. The apartments are brand new, fully equipped and consist of a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, one bedroom, bathroom, storage room and a balcony. The apartments feature a balcony, river view, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. A fridge, oven, microwave, hob and kettle are available. The apartments are connected to central heating, each room has air condition. Fast internet connection, cable TV as well as a video intercom are available to our guests . The building has a reception with professional concierge service and 24 hour security service. Republic Square is 1.5 km away from the property, while Belgrade Fair is 3.3 km away. Shopping mall’ Gallery’ is located within 900 meter distance and it takes only a few minute walk from the building itself to reach the Sava Promenade. The nearest airport is Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, 13 km away from Belgrade Waterfront. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
