I have a unique place for rent – a house on a 2-hectare meadow with direct access to the Rajgrodzkie lake, its own shoreline and a private new pier! Guests are given access to the entire house with a big garden and the area next to the lake, including the pier. The entrance to the water is from the pier (a ladder is attached). The house is fully and comfortably equipped, it has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and a fireplace. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available in the utility room. On the terrace there are garden furniture, a table with chairs for 6 people, a sofa and armchairs with a coffee table. Towels and bed linen are available. The house is perfect for a smaller number of guests who are looking for peace and quiet. 4 bicycles, a kayak and a fishing boat are all for the guests’ use. It is a unique offer, there is no other property like this available for rent on the market :) I strongly recommended this place:)
I am Bozena. While Warsaw is my home, the 'White House on the lake' is my dearest place on Earth. Built with passion and love by our family for ourselves, this is not a typical rental house. For many years we made it our family home for the summer, and these days, with children already grown up, we decided to share its charms with other good people. Before your arrival, I will provide you with detailed directions (as the house is situated literally off-the-beaten track) and will explain all technicalities (so as you are not scared by various autonomous systems). The house (no. 50) is located on the outskirts of a small village called Krzywe in the Prostki commune (gmina); the zip code is 19-335. If you use Google Maps or similar, please enter the zip code next to Krzywe. The last 1.5km is a dirt track. The house is located directly on the Rajgrodzkie lake and the area has private access to a small beach and a private pier. The Biebrza National Park is 20km away. The neighborhood is sheer bliss, just nature: meadows, forests and the lake, with no human settlements close to the house. Rare bird species can be easily spotted and deer, foxes, hares and even elks can be encountered. Sunrises, sunsets and the night sky are simply unique. The best bakery with local bread and local specialities such as "kartacze" (potato dumplings) is in Prostki (15 km away) The best local bar with fresh fish from the Rajgrodzkie lake is "Bar Smakosz" in Rajgród (15 km away). Krzywe's only rural store is 2 km from the house, best reached by bike.
