A recently renovated old family house, which has a touch of old design with modern amenities. The Transient House is a holiday home with four bedrooms, a family room, a kitchenette, and an adjacent dining table/counter. The guests can enjoy a terrace, balcony, with a mountain ranges and city scenic views. The middle-class neighborhood is an added interesting view.
Amenities include free parking, strong WiFi, wide TV with NETFLIX, and laundry service. Additional features include toiletries, free mineral water, comfortable and clean beddings, and outdoor/terrace furniture.
An aviary and a koi-fish pond are added attractions to children of all ages.
Highly rated for its friendly hosts and for their customer support-service.
Having lived in Japan for almost three decades, the hosts adapted the culture of orderliness, neatness, and cleanliness. Shoes are to remain at the door-front and slippers are provided to be worn inside the unit.
The toilet and shower rooms are expected to be spotless before the guests check-in. The water heater and bidet form as parts of the plumbing system. The hosts make their best effort to keep the rooms cozy and comfortable. The provided towels and beddings are always fresh and clean.
