Property information

The property is about 1 km away from the main road in a quiet suburb of Moalboal. It features a garden and a common area with seating and a hot tub. Each apartment has it's unique features, while the Tower Apartment has stunning views of the surroundings, the Jungle Apartment is more secluded and can give you a quiet place at the back of the property. The Deluxe Apartment is the biggest unit and has plenty of space which features also a fully equipped kitchen including an oven. Downtown Moalboal is 1 km away where you can find a Gaisano Supermarket, 7Eleven, 360 Pharmacy, Public Market, Restaurants and many shops. 3 km away is Panagsama Beach where you will find many Bars and Restaurants. White Beach with a beautiful beach is 7 km away. Diving shops can be found all along the coast which will take you out for snorkeling and diving. The closest airport is the Mactan Cebu City International Airport (CEB) which is 100 km from the property. It takes about 3 hours by bus/car. Car rental is available at the airport, it is advised to book ahead. You can take a taxi from the airport which costs around 3000 peso. Cheaper option is to take an air conditioned bus from the South Bus Terminal in Cebu City. For travel inside Moalboal and adjacent towns you can hire a tricycle (motorbike with sidecar). Unlimited Internet(WiFi) is supplied via Fiber from PLDT.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Downtown Moalboal is 1 km away and can be reached by motorbike or car in less than 5 minutes. On foot it will take about 15 minutes. Panagsama Beach is 3 km away where you will find many Bars and Restaurants. White Beach with a beautiful beach is 7 km away.
