6:30am to 11:00pm Reception desk will be manned.
11:00pm to 6:30am, a staff member will be on call for any assistance.

A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
