You will love the sea views from this idyllic holiday cottage with two internal double bedrooms Plus sleep out with bunks if required...Relaxing easy care property with well equipped kitchen internal dining or alfresco on the covered deck. Clean comfortable bedding cosy open plan living with double doors to covered and gated deck ( ideal for keeping animals or toddler's confined). Great shower in bathroom with sea view.. Laundry. Plenty of parking for boat. 2 min stroll to Safe sandy swimming beach and fishing off the rocks.. Moeraki tavern and "The Fishwife"world famous takeaways are a quick hop skip and jump with beautiful views over boats moored in harbor. you will find New Zealand's most unique takeaway right on the wharf serving fresh blue cod cooked to perfection. Our property is situated in a sheltered enclave overlooking the bay and extended views up past Moeraki boulders and coastline. Attentive hosts waiting to welcome you with knowledge of local wonders.
Kiwi's through and through ..Retired farmers Jude and I have traveled extensively throughout over 90 countries and searched for our perfect retirement location . Moeraki has it all for us and we look forward to hosting you in this Very Special part of this world.
Moeraki is an outstanding serene fishing village on the east coast catering for visitors with an appreciation for adventure nature and wildlife. Rich in New Zealand history with original Maori settlement and the coming of the first whalers.
