Yoga Patshala Homestay is a beautiful budget friently homestay located at the base of the Nagarkot Scenic Area with easy access to local hiking trails, waterfalls, and temples. The property offers a serene garden, rooftop terrace with beautiful mountain views, sauna, and yoga facilities where guests can relax as the experience the true vibe of Nepali culture. Optional yoga classes, guided hiking, sound/chakra healing sessions, and additional family meals are available as add-ons (see website for add-on prices)
Yogi Rajan and his family are incredibly kind and generous people with centuries of family heritage rooted in this village; their warmth and hospitality are what makes this the perfect retreat! The vegetarian meals are prepared by Niru with so much love you and using produce from our own organic garden.
The homestay is nestled in the picturesque village of Nagarkot, located in Nepal's captivating Kathmandu Valley. Just 22km away from Kathmandu airport, Nagarkot offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city life. Situated a mere 4km from the esteemed world heritage site of Bhaktapur, it serves as an ideal base for exploration. Additionally, a short 10km drive will transport you to the hilltop, renowned for its awe-inspiring sunrise and sunset vistas, as well as breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himalayas.
