Founded on the remains of a late medieval fortress, De L'Europe Amsterdam offers luxurious accommodation along the Amstel River, in the heart of the city. The iconic Freddy's Bar offers cocktails and gourmet snacks accompanied by live piano music. Both restaurants and the bar overlook the Amstel and the city centre of Amsterdam.
In addition, a luxurious wellness center, Le Spa by Skins Institute compliments the hotel. Luxurious body treatments and sublime skincare are offered using only organic ingredients under the care of professional therapists. The wellness centre boasts saunas, a swimming pool and a fitness studio with 'technogym' cardiovascular and resistance equipment.
Dam Square is less than a 10-minute walk away. The Flowermarket is only 200 metres away and Foam is 500 metres. The nearby Spui tram stop gives easy access to Amsterdam Central Railway Station and Museum Square.
