A 5 minutes drive to Akobo local market, 10-minute drive from Akobo Supermarkets, 20-minute drive from University College Hospital, 15 minutes to the great University of Ibadan, and 25 minutes from Ibadan Airport. Enjoy good electricity, with a 7.5KVA inverter, solar powered air conditioners, water supply, 45-inch Smart TV & GOTV provided.
Hey, I’m Rotimi, also known as Mr. Neat I was born in Ibadan and grew up in Ibadan and am now in my 50s. I am self employed as an entrepreneur so I could live my dream of travelling the world and seeing the sights. I’m fun and easy going and really love meeting new people on my adventures. It is very close to Akobo-Ojurin market and 2 minutes drive away from Akobo-Olorunda main road, 22 minutes drive to Ibadan Airport, 21 minutes drive to Uiniversity of Ibadan, 20 minutes drive to Lagos park Lagos - Ojoo Expy, and 17 minutes drive to Iwo Road garage, which connects Ibadan to most south west cities like Akure, Osogbo and lagos.
